FieldBench stores the least it can. Public pages — model charts, serial age, codes, How To, charge — do not require an account. Sign-in is email and password on this app. We store the email, a display name, and a hashed password. We cannot read the password back.

Jobs, Diagnose prompts, and Options notes stay on your seat. They are used to run the feature you asked for — not to train a public model, not to sell a list, not to share with a manufacturer. Delete a ticket and it is gone from the book.

We use a session cookie (or a bearer token in the live preview) to keep you signed in. Theme preference stays on the device. We do not run advertising pixels.

Hosting, database, and auth infrastructure process the data so the app can run. If the law requires a disclosure, we will make it. To close the account, sign in and ask from the seat — we will delete the jobs tied to that login.

Questions: use the account you signed in with. FieldBench is operated independently of any OEM.
