Refund policy

The public library is free. Diagnose, Jobs, and Options are the paid seat. Pricing is $24 per year with a 1-day free trial once billing is live.

If you are billed in error, or the seat never opened after you paid, ask from the signed-in account within 14 days of the charge. We refund that period when the seat did not work. After 14 days, or after you have used Diagnose / Options on live tickets, the year is not prorated.

Trial days are not a second refund window. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Chargebacks for used time may close the seat.

This is not a manufacturer warranty and not a substitute for equipment coverage.
