FieldBench is an independent field reference for HVAC technicians. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Goodman, Amana, Daikin, Carrier, Bryant, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, York, or any other equipment manufacturer. Product names are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify equipment.

Charts, codes, How To, serial age, and charge tables are reference aids. They do not replace the appliance nameplate, the manufacturer's literature on that serial, local code, or your license. You remain responsible for diagnosis, safety, and the work you perform.

Diagnose, Jobs, and Options need a signed-in seat. One email is one person. Do not share the seat. You will not upload customer data you are not allowed to keep, and you will not use FieldBench to impersonate a manufacturer, a distributor, or a certification body.

We may change, rate-limit, or withdraw features. We do not promise uninterrupted service. FieldBench is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed calls, delayed repairs, property damage, or injury arising from use of the reference.

Illinois law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is Cook County, Illinois.
